Tonight's dinner is Corned Beef crockpot style.
A big hunk of corned beef
(mine was about 2 kgs)
3 tblspns of brown sugar
1 cup of vinegar
Water to cover beef
Cook for 8 hrs slowly
Enjoy!!!
